Product Description: NIKO Niko Lever Float Steam Trap can quickly and continuously discharge saturated condensate, ensuring no water accumulation in heating equipment, thereby achieving the highest heating efficiency. The valve core and seat sealing surface are made of cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and durable. The sealing method adopts a hemispherical structure, which is precision-matched for excellent sealing performance. The hemispherical sealing surface avoids concentrated wear during operation, ensuring a long service life. The float drives the lever to automatically adjust the opening of the drain valve seat orifice, ensuring continuous operation and stable performance even with steam pressure fluctuations. The Y-series components can automatically discharge non-condensable cold and hot gases, preventing airlock and offering excellent non-condensable gas discharge performance. The drain valve seat orifice is always below the condensate water level, forming a water seal that prevents fresh steam leakage during operation. Continuous condensate discharge ensures smooth water flow, making it particularly effective in condensate recovery systems.

Working Principle: At startup, the automatic air vent is open, quickly discharging non-condensable gases from the system. When steam and hot condensate enter, the temperature in the valve cavity rises, and the air vent automatically closes. The float rises and falls with the water level, driving the lever to adjust the opening of the valve seat orifice for continuous condensate discharge. When condensate inflow stops, the float descends by its own weight, driving the lever to close the valve seat orifice. Since the orifice is below the condensate water level, a water seal forms, preventing fresh steam leakage during operation.
